Iced teas

When summer comes back around, we all crave fresh drinks. However, more often than we should, we aim for fizzy drinks, packed with sugar (or worse, aspartame!) and calories. I stopped drinking sodas years ago and it is one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life. But truth is sometimes you crave something else then fizzy water. I already showed you how I spice up my water with mint here (I also use this technique with lemon or raspberries!) but this time I will be talking you through my favorite iced teas.

When it comes to iced teas, I love to do it myself. I usually drink tea every day, so I’ll brew a whole tea pot and save the rest to do iced tea. I let it cool for about two hours before placing it in a cute glass jar in our fridge and let it sit there overnight. I like to add ice cubes and a bit of lemon or mint before sipping it 🙂

But sometimes, I just don’t have the time to do home made iced tea, so these days I grab one of the latest Lipton T fusions*. I discovered them recently and immediately felt in love with it! Available in three flavors, these guys are only 100 calories a bottle, not bad for a flavored drink!
My personal favorite one might be the peach & peer green tea one, it is so refreshing!

So, tell me, what do you drink when it starts to get warmer outside?
