Casual in Paris

Hello everyone! It feels so good to be back with a new outfit post! As you probably know if you follow me on instagram (@styleplayground), I spent the weekend in Paris. I was invited by Caudalie to discover their spa at Les Etangs de Corot (more on that coming up tomorrow!) on Saturday, and decided to stay until Monday. I am so fortunate to have a handful of friends living in the city and, although I don’t miss my life in Paris, I still love to come back every once in a while.

The weather was stunning on Sunday, with a bright sun and an incredible 18C° but Monday was a whole other story! The day was very gloomy and quite cold so I decided to throw together a very casual & cosy outfit. I knew that I would spend most of my day walking before catching my Thalys back home in the evening, so I went for my beloved pair of Nike sneakers. These are by far the most comfortable pair of shoes that I own and they follow me everywhere I go. I’ve only wear them with casual outfits up until now, but I am hopefully going back to running this week so I look forward to wear these for an actual workout session!
