Getting back on track

I’ve been wanting to share this for quite some time now but I was waiting for the perfect time and, it finally came. For the last few years, I’ve been really struggling with my health and fitness goals. While I used to work out quite a lot back in the day, things haven’t been the same since my surgery in 2015. But (more) than 4 years later, I am finally ready to move on and to focus on my health and wellbeing.
