Last weekend, I went out to run some errands. The weather was stunning and I couldn’t resist taking my brand new Nike free run sneakers out for a walk. While I love my custom made pink version for running, I ordered these to wear out & about in the city more than anything. These shoes are so comfortable while being stylish and are the perfect accessory for the unpredictable Belgian weather. I already plan to take these on our trip to Chicago later in March as they will be perfect to explore the city but also to run along Lake Michigan!
This time, I paired them with my beat up coated skinny jeans from Zara (does any of you know where I can find a similar pair for an affordable price? I’ve been looking everywhere but didn’t have much luck!) and this mini Perry tote from Rebecca Minkoff that I got last summer. This bag is my go to work bag as it goes with everything and holds a crazy amount of stuff but I definitely don’t wear it as often as I should in ‘everyday life’.
I also wanted to thank you all for your sweet messages yesterday. I spent the whole day in the hospital to run some tests that required me being put down to sleep and everything went seamlessly. I should have the results early next week but I will be back in an hospital bed next Wednesday as my surgery is scheduled for January 15. I am currently working on some cool content to upload while I’ll be stuck in bed so it shouldn’t cause too much distraction on here.
And by the way, did you noticed that little French flag on the top right corner? I finally launched a French version of the blog and I couldn’t be more thrilled about it! Céline (the lovely lady who makes my design) and I have been working on it for a couple of weeks and I couldn’t be more happy! A lot of you have been asking me for more French content and I am so glad to finally have a proper platform for all of you who speak French!
